Island of Hope wants to spread a message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single positive action can greatly impact the community. Through baking, the volunteers at Island of Hope strive to ‘bake a smile’ on people’s faces, especially during the time of the COVID 19 pandemic.

Our Purpose
To provide a moment of happiness by bringing together those who care and those who bless.
What we do
Whilst all of us are affected by what is going on in our world today, some people are facing harder consequences than others. It is our responsibility to share happiness during this tough time.
Why did we launch this initiative?
During this challenging time of a widespread infection of the novel coronavirus (COVID 19), Island of Hope is a non-profit initiative that connects volunteers with those who need a little hope. We aim to increase community spirit within Singapore and put a smile on the faces of those who may be distressed with circuit breaker measures in effect.
How we do this
This website simply brings together people who love baking and those who would love to experience a moment of happiness by receiving a thoughtful gesture.
Who is a volunteer and who is a beneficiary?
A volunteer is anyone who cares about people less privileged than themselves and loves to bake!
A beneficiary is somebody who is economically, socially or medically disadvantaged.
